We met with our case worker last night. She came over to "answer our questions". Which seemed pointless since we didn't really have any we just wanted an update from her since we had hardly heard anything all summer long. She said she has no children in our age group AT ALL in the current caseload and she has no birth mothers that are making an adoption plan for their child. We were able to talk more about age and race and medical specifications. So it wasn't completely useless, just not the news I was looking for.
We are going to continue researching other avenues and other CAS agencies for a placement!
