Patience is a virtue - or something like that!

God is really testing us with this whole patience thing.  It is frustrating thinking that we have already been waiting so we could adopt after our 3rd anniversary, but knowing we now have to wait longer is frustrating... And then knowing that we have to open our choices up for countries as well.  The doors are wide open!  We really feel that Imagine Adoption is the agency we should be working with.  We have already connected with a few families that have worked with them and only hear amazing praises.  They have a fantastic reputation and we look forward to working with them in the future.  

As of now we really have a whole more year until we ACTUALLY start the process of the Home Study, Training & Application Process.  Our plan is to begin that January 2010 - 13 months from now.  That does give us time to wait and see what God has to show us, as well as time to save up some finances.

Jon & I have decided to not consume our minds with adoption talk throughout this month, and we are waiting until after Christmas to continue our research and discussion.  It really could consume my life if I allowed it.  We are going to enjoy our holiday time together while we are just a family of 2!
